Only put the right speed dont select more that its overclocking and you need a special cooler system you blow up your cpu or motherboard if you select more than necesary. It may not be able to run at the faster speed with the RAM sticks you have.

DDR4 3200 has bus clock speed of 1600Mhz with a transfer rate of 3200. The speed shown in the task manager is 3000. As you can see its advertised speed is 3600MHz.
FYI this memory kit is brand new. Anything past 2666MHz is considered OCing your memory with AM4 so sometimes mileage may vary even when running RAM at its rated speed 3600MHz in your case. If the DDR4 ram had a bus clock of 3200Mhz it would be sold as DDR4 6400 doesnt exist btw currently the fastest I know of is DDR4 4866 and a 16gb kit costs 850.

I inquired about this issue on Reddit and was told that the cause may be that the RAM isnt listed in my motherboards QVL Qualified Vendor List which you can see here.
